Hi everyone

I have been trying to put adsense on my wordpress blog.It has been driving me nuts .Can someone please tell me a nice and easy way of doing this .I am a real rookie !! so can you make it real simple

Can you show us the url of your blog as well as where on the template you would like to place the adsense ads on. We would be able to help you better then.

I go it now I just put the adsense right in the index.php and it work great

So you know if youring Example.wordpress.com as your site, Its against the terms of service to monetize your blog. You will have to host the wordpress script yourself on your own hosting.

I do have on my own hosting .Thank for letting me know .

If you place the adsense code on the index.php file, the ads would only appear on the homepage. You can haev the ads appear sitewide by placing it on the single.php as well. Just to let you know.

You can do it the easy way, you can search for WP Adsense Manager or Ads manager, you can manage ads easily from your Admin Control Panel Then You don't have to keep editing files, It also supports widget You can add ads easily in certain specified areas.
